Q. - What are your rates?

A.  Our pricing is completely individualized. We have learned that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of pet hair, clutter and even your lifestyle. That is why we offer free in-home estimates. Please contact us for more information.

Q. - Can I get a ballpark figure of how much it will cost to clean my home or business?

A.  Our prices start at just $125. Depending on the size of your home, what you would like accomplished and with several other factors, your estimate can greatly vary.

Q. - Do you have any fees? If so, what are they?

A.  Although we don’t ever want or like to charge you with any fees, sometimes we have to, in order to keep our business operational and keep coming back out to all of our clients.

There is also a Lockout Fee of 1/2 the amount of your normal cleaning fee, please see the question labeled “What happens if I accidentally lock out Naturally Pure Cleaning from my home?” for further details. 

Return Check Fee: this one is self-explanatory. If you write us a check, or we receive a bounced back payment, and for whatever reason the bank charges us a fee, we will charge you a $30.00 fee unless you can get the bank to fix the issue.

Less Than 2 Business Day Cancellation Fee: We would like as much advanced notice as possible, but we only ask for 48 hour notice when canceling your scheduled service appointment. A $50.00 fee will be assessed if less than 48 hour notice is given unless we can reschedule for the same week.

We feel these fees are low and are necessary to keep the business operational. All fees are subject to change and are at the sole discretion of Naturally Pure Cleaning.

Q. - Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

A.  We make all our own green cleaning supplies using certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils. However, to help eliminate cross contamination, we do not supply vacuums, brooms, or mops. If you do not have these items we have great recommendations. 

Q. - Do you clean just once or long term?

A.  Most of our clients prefer bi-weekly (twice a month), however we can clean more, or less frequently, even a one time clean.

Q. - If there is a problem, or if something is missed, what can I do about it?

A.  If there is ever a problem, please let us know right away, or no later than 24 hours, so we can correct it at no cost to you. We are all human, and sometimes we do make mistakes, but we also realize that you are paying for a service that you expect us to perform, and we want to deliver on that expectation 100% of the time.

Q. Do I need to be around when you come to clean my home or business?​

A. This is entirely up to you. You can give us a key or some of our customers will place it in a predetermined area prior to our arrival.

Q. What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

A. Just give us a call, things happen, we understand this. We only ask that you give us at least a 2 business day notice when doing so, as we have to plan our schedule accordingly just like you, and need to meet the expectations of all of our other scheduled clients.

Q. What happens if I accidentally lock out Naturally Pure Cleaning from my home?

A. While we want to help you in every way that we can to keep your scheduled appointment, showing up at your home with no way to get in and do our job is never a pleasant experience for either one of us. We offer a key holding solution that way things like this do not happen, but if this situation were to arise, we do charge a lock out fee of 1/2 your normal cleaning fee.

Q. What should I do about my security or alarm system the day of cleaning?

A. If you have a security system, please make the necessary arrangements to give us access to your home on your scheduled day of service. Some clients establish a guest or temporary code for us to utilize.
